About Us

13:3 Collective is a faith-driven nonprofit serving incarcerated individuals through outreach, prayer, and encouragement. We build meaningful connections that remind them they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.

We also share and sell artwork and items created by those behind bars, with proceeds helping fund their inmate accounts and support their needs.

About

Restoring Lives Through Art

13:3 Collective was born behind prison walls, where we witnessed God’s power to restore hope. Partnering with incarcerated artists, we share their work, fund commissary and reentry needs, and proclaim that no life is beyond redemption in Christ.

A carefully organized reentry resource desk featuring a clean manila folder stamped "Release Plan" in blue ink, resting atop a stack of printed checklists and brochures about housing, employment, and faith-based support. A modest ballpoint pen lies parallel to the folder’s edge, and a small cross pendant sits gently on top of the paperwork, its brushed metal surface catching the light. Behind, a corkboard displays pinned note cards with words like "Hope," "Grace," and "Second Chance" written in bold marker. Warm, soft overhead lighting creates inviting highlights and gentle shadows. Photographic realism, shot at a slightly elevated angle with sharp focus throughout, conveying structure, preparedness, and compassionate professionalism in a people-free scene.
